APPROACH

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and faith-informed. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I believe in meeting you where you are and walking alongside you with empathy, encouragement, and grace as you build resilience and discover your strengths.

I take an integrative approach that is tailored to your unique needs and goals. I utilize evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, Family and Marital Systems, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness-Based approaches, Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centered Therapy, Positive Psychology, trauma-focused interventions, and grief counseling.

I am committed to supporting your emotional, relational, and spiritual well-being. When desired, I welcome the integration of Christian faith into the therapeutic process and can incorporate Scripture and prayer as a source of encouragement and healing. My goal is to help you develop healthy coping skills, strengthen your relationships, and find hope and restoration as you move forward.
