I can include Christian counseling at whatever level my clients are comfortable. My style of Christian counseling is built on the same psychological principles and foundations mentioned in my therapeutic approach, but views them through a Christian lens. If clients prefer this option, therapy sessions may include deeper discussions about God, incorporating Scripture, and prayer. All preferences will be respected.

Not currently accepting new patients.

APPROACH

Life can be hard! Sometimes we need someone to walk with us through the hard stuff. My job as a therapist is to partner with my clients in a holistic process of renewing the mind and reconnecting with the body. My therapeutic process is built on a solution-focused, strengths-based foundation, utilizing evidence-based therapies grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, play therapy, positive psychology, Gestalt Therapy, mindfulness, and many others.

My therapy room will provide a safe space for you to process your life experiences. I present with a relational, open, and non-judgmental style of therapy where my client’s voice, inherent value, and strengths will be recognized, encouraged, and developed.

One of life’s greatest gifts is our ability to use our minds.  But our minds can also be a constant source of struggle.  The process of recapturing your thoughts, by training your mind, body, and spirit to hold on to what is good and true, is what therapy is all about.  I would be honored to partner with you as we work to strengthen your mind, body, and spirit to bring about a life filled with peace. Therapy is about strengthening you. I will work with my clients to strengthen the inner self and help them to stand strong as we build coping skills and regulation techniques.
