APPROACH
My counseling approach is rooted in restoration therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and trauma-informed care. I encourage my clients to work on empowerment, safety, and collaboration. I am committed to helping my clients build insight, uncover past inner scripts, work on generational traumas, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change at a personal pace that feels safe and manageable to each of them.
I strive to create a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment where clients from all backgrounds feel heard and supported. I am experienced and trained in incorporating faith-based practices in therapy sessions, upon your request. My goal is to help you grow as a whole person, working on three elements: mind, body, and spirit.
