APPROACH
My commitment to client care centers on holistic development–addressing not only mental and emotional health, but also the physical and spiritual dimensions that contribute to overall well-being. Each individual’s story is unique, and true healing stems from examining the whole person. My therapeutic approach focuses on helping individuals renew their minds and develop new insights. While circumstances may not change immediately, the way we interpret the world profoundly shapes our experiences. Through the use of evidence-based interventions, I will help you expand your mental toolbox and cultivate a deeper understanding of self. Together, we can unlock the potential of what I consider the most powerful organ in the body: the brain. In this way, you will be able to live a meaningful, resilient, and purpose-driven life.
For those who are interested, I warmly offer the opportunity to incorporate Scripture reading, thoughtful theological reflection, and prayer into our sessions. Scripture reveals that understanding of self begins with knowing our Creator. As St. Augustine beautifully expressed, “You have made us for yourself, O Lord, and our hearts are restless until they rest in you.” Together, I would love to explore how God’s character deeply shapes our true worth, helping you discover a renewed sense of value and purpose.
